Comfort Discovered has been in business since 1984, and is dedicated to providing quality products that bring care and comfort to people of all ages.

Geoff Wallace:

Eighteen years ago Geoff Wallace, owner of Comfort Discovered, opened a small business at North Sydney (G. B. Wallace & Associates) specialising in back cushions, foot exercisers, aids to daily living and a range of mail order rehabilitation equipment. The company quickly gained a reputation for its helpful friendly approach and ability to source hard to find items that helped people maintain their independence and enjoy life more.

Now on Sydney’s North Shore:

Today, Comfort Discovered (incorporating G. B. Wallace & Associates) has moved to a larger shop front, just minutes from Hornsby CBD, close to Berowra and within easy distance from Gosford and the Central Coast. We are only a minutes walk from Mount Colah station and there is plenty of parking available.

Simple lines, like jar openers, tap turners, and carriers for plastic shopping bags are still stocked. There are several new sections devoted to ergonomic office equipment, travel comforts, therapy, leisure and personal care items. We also have a large range of rehabilitation equipment for hire, such as wheelchairs, seat sticks, shower seats and toilet aids.

As well as the traditional efficient mail order service, there are no obligation demonstrations and delivery of larger items to most northern areas in Sydney.
